The overall condition of a vehicle is represented by numerical or alphabetical grades. Additionally, some auctions use letter grades (A, B, C, D, or E) to describe the interior and exterior condition of the car.
Japanese car auctions also provide separate grades for the interior and exterior condition of the vehicle.
If an auction sheet is available, you can check the vehicle's condition in more detail using the following marks:

Certain countries require a pre-export inspection for imported vehicles. A valid certificate will be issued upon passing the inspection, including chassis number, make, and model details. Please check with us if your country requires this inspection.
An invoice is a formal payment request for a product. Once issued, it reserves the product for you until the payment deadline. Timely payment ensures you maintain the exclusive right to purchase that product.
The consignee is the recipient of the vehicle. Their details must be accurate as they are reflected on the Bill of Lading. Errors could lead to clearance issues at the port.
The Notify Party is responsible for assisting with vehicle clearance at the port. This can be the consignee or a customs clearance agent.

ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) refers to when the shipment leaves Japan. ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is when the shipment is expected to reach the destination port.
The Export Certificate confirms that the vehicle has been legally deregistered in Japan and is ready for export.
The Bill of Lading is a crucial shipping document that certifies the vehicle has been shipped and specifies the consignee details.
If shipment time is short or the ETA is close to the ETD, we may issue a Surrender BL instead of sending a physical original. This digital version allows you to print and use it for clearance.

A Clearing Agent is responsible for handling customs clearance at the port on your behalf.
A Forwarding Agent manages the transportation of the vehicle from the port to your final destination.
